Memang Italia pantas angkat Piala

Kecuali Trezeguet, semua eksekutor masing-masing tim dapat menunaikan tugasnya.Akan tetapi nasib paling tragis dialami Zinedine Zidane. Pemain terbaik dunia tiga kali itu, yang merupakan "dewa" sepakbola Prancis dalam delapan tahun terakhir, harus mengakhiri karirnya yang gemerlapan dengan noda.Di menit 110 Zinedine tak mampu menahan emosinya. Tak disangka-sangka ia menanduk dada Marco Materazzi hingga bek Italia itu terjengkang. Wasit langsung merogoh kartu merah dari saku celananya dan mengusir Zidane. |
